What We Do

Get the Grade Right and the Water Takes Care of Itself.

Most drainage problems start with bad grade. We fix the slope first, then add drains where the lot needs them. Residential and commercial, single pad to multi-acre.

Building Pads

Compacted pads for homes, sheds, barndominiums and outbuildings. Built to the spec on your plans and ready for inspection.

Homes · Sheds · Barndominiums

Laser Grading & Final Grade

Laser-set grade so water runs away from the house. Finished and ready for sod, seed or landscaping.

Laser grade · Final grade · Sod-ready

Lot Regrading

We fix low spots and backward slopes that push water toward your foundation, pool deck or driveway.

Low spots · Slope correction · Fill

French Drains

Buried, gravel-wrapped perforated pipe that collects water underground and carries it off your lot.

Yards · Side yards · Foundations

Swales

Graded surface channels that steer runoff where it belongs. Built for Florida's flat lots and summer storms.

Runoff · Side yards · Property lines

Runoff Systems

Grading and drainage tied together as one plan, so the whole lot drains instead of moving the problem next door.

Full-lot plans · Storm prep

FAQ

Grading & Drainage Questions.

How fast can you quote a grading or drainage job?

Call or text us a photo of the site. We respond within 24 hours, usually the same day. We walk the site for free and give you a written, fixed-price quote.

What is the difference between a French drain and a swale?

A swale is a shallow, graded channel on the surface that steers water away. A French drain is a buried, gravel-wrapped perforated pipe that collects water underground and carries it off. Many Florida lots need one or both. We look at your slope and soil on the site walk and tell you which fits.

Do you build pads for sheds, barndominiums and outbuildings?

Yes. We build compacted pads for homes, sheds, barndominiums and outbuildings, set to the spec on your plans so they are ready for inspection and the next trade.

Do you do final grade before sod or landscaping?

Yes. We laser grade and finish the final grade so water runs away from the house and the surface is ready for sod, seed or landscaping.

Why does water sit in my yard after every storm?

Usually the lot is too flat, the grade slopes toward the house, or the soil holds water. Regrading the slope, cutting a swale or adding a French drain moves the water where it belongs.

What areas do you serve?
